Enrol by post
Download the enrolment form, print, complete and send it ( together with your course fee) to:

Cheques should be made payable to ‘East Sussex County Council’ with your cheque guarantee details (card number and expiry date) written on the reverse.  You can enrol for any courses, at any of our Community Colleges, using the same enrolment form.

Enrol in person
During office hours, you may visit us at the above ACRES office address.
  
Office Hours
College Term Time:
9.30am to 4.00pm Weekdays

College Holidays:
9.30am – 1.00pm Weekdays (except over Christmas when the office is closed)

Evenings:
Adult Learning Term Time: from 22 September
7.00pm to 9.00pm Monday – Wednesday 
 
Fees
A course fee is displayed with each course entry in this prospectus and is payable at enrolment.
 
How can I pay?
  • Cheque – Made payable to East Sussex County Council. Please put your card number ands its expiry date on the reverse of the cheque.
  • Credit/debit card
  • Cash – In person during office hours (see above)
  • Standing order – Where the fee for a single course is in excess of £60 it may be paid in instalments: the first instalment is payable at enrolment with further instalments payable by standing order and should be sent together with a standing order authorisation.

Download the standing order form, print, complete, sign and please return with your enrolment form

  • Fees between £60 and £119 – 50% of the fee payable on enrolment followed by 2 monthly payments of 25% of the fee by standing order.
  • Fees between £120 and £199 – may be paid in three equal instalments, the first instalment due on enrolment followed by 2 monthly instalments by standing order.
  • Fees over £200 – may be paid on four equal instalments, the first instalment due on enrolment followed by 3 monthly instalments by standing order.

Please note that, where appropriate, course fees usually include the examination / assessment fees payable to awarding bodies.
