Previous students say

This is a new course to ACRES. Allan studied and practised Yang Tia Chi early in the 1980s and has continued studying Chinese philosophy through the writing of Lao Tzu. More recently, Allan studied the Eternal Spring Qi Gong and, with the blessing of his teacher, now passes on his experience, knowledge and learnings to you.
