How you will learn it

This is a practical course, work being reinforced with demonstration, discussion and hand-outs. For the yoga element, props are used where appropriate and movements are broken down and then layered developing a solid base from which you can progress. You will be encouraged to develop awareness of your body and movement patterns working towards identifying breathing and relaxation techniques which are personally beneficial.

Previous students say

It was so lovely to spend a whole day thinking about ways to understand and improve my health and lifestyle. The course gave me lots of ideas and ways to adapt both of these areas.
Will use daily the education for eating, sleep, yoga and being in the moment to destress
