How will we do this?
Maximise community engagement
Deliver a targeted learning programme in response to identified learning needs from our adult learners, communities and businesses.
Identify and establish robust partnerships with local organisations and groups to support the development of more self-sufficient, connected and pro-active communities.
Support the progression of learners to enable them to fulfil their potential.
Focus funding on people who are disadvantaged and least likely to participate including rural areas and people on low incomes with low skills.
Respond to local and national Government priorities to improve employability skills, including English and Maths to equip people to progress to further learning, apprenticeships or work
